To help us continue delivering these benefits to our customers, we operate under a strict returns and warranty policy. This policy is in full compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws and is intended to set clear expectations for all orders placed through our website or authorized distributors.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges – All Sales Are Final Unless Required by Law

AgriEID does not offer refunds or exchanges in cases of change of mind, accidental purchases, incorrect product selection, or buyer’s remorse. Once a purchase has been made, it is considered final. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully read the product specifications, compatibility information, and usage notes before placing an order to ensure that the product meets your specific needs.

Examples of non-qualifying reasons for return include:

  • The item does not meet your personal expectations after purchase
  • You found a similar or competing product elsewhere
  • You no longer need the item or decided not to use it
  • The product was purchased by mistake or without reviewing its functionality

This strict policy helps us maintain fair and sustainable pricing while continuing to offer direct access to high-performance, commercial-grade livestock management technology.

2. Legal Entitlements Under U.S. Consumer Law

We fully comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection legislation. If a product sold by AgriEID is proven to be faulty, was not as described, or was damaged in transit before delivery, you may be entitled to a remedy under federal or state law. These remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund — depending on the specific circumstances and extent of the issue.

Qualifying issues include:

  • A manufacturing defect affecting product function
  • The product was damaged during shipping

Issues caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or failure to follow product instructions are not covered under warranty.

3. How to Lodge a Warranty Claim – Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Provide Supporting Evidence (Photos and Video Required)

  • Clear images and video of the defect or issue
  • Full view of the product and affected areas
  • Product serial number (if available)
  • Proof of order (e.g., Order # 00112)
  • Photos of packaging if damage occurred in transit

Step 2: Complete the Official AgriEID Warranty Claim Form

You must request and submit our Warranty Claim Form. Email info@agrieid.com to begin the process. Incomplete claims will not be processed.

4. Evaluation Process and Timeframe for Resolution

Our support team will assess your completed claim within 7–10 business days. If approved, we will proceed with one of the following remedies:

  • Repair: Our preferred solution if the issue can be resolved quickly and reliably
  • Replacement: A new or equivalent unit if a repair is not viable
  • Refund: Issued only if neither repair nor replacement is available or reasonable

Please allow up to 30 days from claim approval for resolution and delivery.

5. Return Shipping and Customer Responsibility

If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for securely packaging the item and covering the cost of return shipping, unless the fault was due to an AgriEID error or verified shipping damage.

Shipping will only be reimbursed in the following cases:

  • Item is proven defective on arrival
  • Wrong item sent by AgriEID
  • Item was damaged during shipping with proper evidence provided

6. Warranty Claim Deadlines

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. 

We recommend inspecting and testing your product immediately upon receipt to ensure everything is functioning as expected.
