Rain, manure, mud and rodents. None of it gets in.
A tubular, rubber-sealed housing protects the aircraft-grade aluminium load cells from everything a chute throws at them. Hot-dip galvanized for coastal and high-humidity properties. The 16ft 4-wire PVC+PUR cables run inside a stainless steel spring cover, protected from sunlight, oil, cold, rolling and rodents, so they can be left outside.
IP66 sealed bars
Rubber-sealed tubular housing keeps out rain, soil and manure.
Aluminium load cells
Two long-type aircraft-grade aluminium double shear beams, IP67.
Hot-dip galvanized
For coastal, tropical and high-humidity properties.
Rodent-proof cables
16ft 4-wire PVC+PUR cable in a stainless steel spring cover, with quick-release connectors. Protected from sunlight, oil, cold, rolling and rodents.
30% lighter than Ultra
35 lb against 51 lb, so it moves easily between weighing sites.
6,600 lb capacity
Rubber-mounted fixing plates absorb impact. Fit temporarily or permanently.
Works with the indicator you already have.
ProGuard bars are pre-calibrated and plug into TruTest and Gallagher indicators as well as the AgriEID BT indicator. Going the other way, the BT indicator auto-detects TruTest, Gallagher and AgriEID bars. Upgrade one half now and the other later.
Chutes vary. A platform build guide is included so a local welder can make one that sits flush.
Weights land on your phone. Weight gain lands in the cloud.
Sell in the right weight band and the gear pays for itself in a season.
Producers weighing and drafting with AgriEID report a 10–15% lift in annual income from better sale timing, accurate dosing and earlier culling. On a 50-breeder operation that is $5,000–$12,000 a year.

Questions before you order
The 24in bars go under a weighing platform, including a platform inside a chute, and fix through four mounting holes in each base plate. They are not designed to be mounted under the chute itself: for that, choose the 5T Extreme Duty load bars. A platform construction guide is included. Platform fixing centers are 22in.
No. The bars are pre-calibrated and the BT indicator auto-detects them. They also plug into TruTest and Gallagher indicators without calibration. They are calibrated before shipping, so only recalibrate if the readings drift, and contact support first.
No. You can identify animals with visual tags or photo ID in the free AgriEID Lite app. Add the BT Ultra Stick Reader later, or buy the Digital Ranch System bundle.
AgriEID Lite is free. After the free 12 months the cloud platform starts at US$9.95 a month for up to 100 animals, billed monthly with every module included. Change or cancel at any time and export all your records to CSV. The scales work without a subscription. See pricing.
2-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on the bars and indicator, backed by phone, email and chat support.
